  We installed a new sink and my husband hooked up everything. He was a little nervous about cutting the existing PVC pipe to fit the new sink so we called this company for help. After waiting all day the tech shows up, acts surprised about the nature of the job. He states I thought I was hooking up a faucet. He says what you need is 2 separate jobs, because we have a garage disposal and that will cost us 475.00. We declined the service, he didn't want to do it anyway and seemed confused about what was needed. They charged us 87.50 and nothing was done. Just don't use this company. What a disappointment.

  Jeff was knowledgeable, and resourceful. He explained different options thoroughly before taking action. Most importantly, he stayed until the dilemma was resolved.

  fantastic communication! They showed up on time with a mask and did a full assessment of my gas line problem. They were courteous and gave me all my options. He was knowledgeable about (even outside of plumbing) and their 5 stars shine for a fantastic reason
