  They showed up without calling and sat in my driveway for over 15 minutes. Then didn't come inside to look at anything, just went right to the unit outside and filled it with refrigerant gas and easy seal protectant. I got the bill and had been overcharged for the time he was actually here, which was only 15 minutes. Then my ac went out again, had someone from another company come out because the receptionist wanted to argue with me about how long the man was here. Turns out I have a leak and it was a complete waste of money to fill it with anything. If the man had come in to look he would have seen it. 317 dollars wasted.
