  My sewer backed up and what a mess! I called Mike and explained the situation and we made an appointment. He came and assessed the situation, quoted me a price. Unfortunately the trap was surrounded by years of accumulated treasure and I had to spend a few hours rearranging. Mike came back the next day and within 15 minutes had things open and flowing again!

  Called Mike at 8am and he was here by 9:45am. Found the problem quickly and took care of it. Mike was incredibly personable and nice. Price was very reasonable! Will call him again if needed. Called Mr. Grassi again (2 years later) to fix an issue. He was here promptly and got the job done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.
