  Called for an appointment regarding possible frozen pipes. They sent out a technician who did not have the equipment to thaw them. I paid the $180 for 2 hours of "snaking" into a solid piece of ice. While paying and scheduling an appointment for someone to come out to fix the frozen pipe, the person on the other line said "oh, she said she thought it was frozen". When I called to ask why they would not send someone out with the equipment for the frozen pipe they said I didn't tell the correct person that I believed it to be frozen. They said it would be another $600 about to have the next guy come out. I would not recommend this company at all!
