My toilet started backing up yesterday so I called Dependable Rooter & Plumbing. They showed up the next morning at 8am to fix the problem. Anyone who has had a backed up toilet knows the need to have it fixed ASAP. Dependable showed up, diagnosed the problem (combination of tree roots and offset pipe), then fixed the problem, all within an hour or so. Andrew and William were extremely kind and knowledgable and used the latest and greatest equipment. The prices are very fair as well. They got my whole home sewer (which was overflowing onto the driveway) fixed and working within an hour. Amazing job, will definitely use again

Was beyond pleased with the professionalism and experience with Dependable Rooter and Plumbing. I was able to get a same day appt for a garbage disposal install and Justin and Taylor were excellent. They also quoted and installed a cabinet sink and faucet we hadn’t gotten around to doing yet. Overall great service, pricing and professionalism from these guys. Will definitely refer them to family and friends!

Truly appreciate the honesty and experience of the technician (Taylor) that came out to clear our drain today. We had a partially obstructed toilet drain that we were unable to clear ourselves. Dependable was able to schedule the same day, assess the issue, give me my options and pricing scenarios based on their opinion of the issue. I felt comfortable with the technician in my house, he clearly had significant knowledge in his line of work. For a service company, their high rated reviews are pretty telling of the type of business they run. Highly recommend.
