  I have purchased a heat pump and a mini-split from Dependable. They are just as the company name suggests- dependable. The technicians are polite and professional. They are responsive and punctual. I highly recommend Dependable Heating and Air. They will continue to get my business.

  We cannot say enough about how much we love Dependable! They have always been 100% up-front with us, and don’t try to oversell unnecessary services or parts. Plus—the after-hours service has saved us two summers in a row! Please give them your service. Much, much better than Hunter!

  We were told first by another company that we needed a new unit and that he rewired for a "bandaid fix" once Dependable came out there they solved the real probably a had to fix the guys "bandaid fix" which wasn't done properly.Dependable is great! They gave me instructions whenever I told what I thought the problem was (I was wrong) and even some extra material they had laying around. Once I found out that wasn't the problem we had them come out and it was a great experience. They always put their customers first and are super friendly. Great guy with great service! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
