  I spent over $1,800 dollars for a water heater,on the day of my appointment they show up late 2 hours,and after they installed it they put a hole in my wall, they said they would come back to fix it that day but never did,I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this fixed call after call nothing but lies from Jeff!!!! So I hade to buy everything and do it myself so if you use them don’t pay until everything in your house is like it was before they came.

  Called to schedule appointment. Showed up EARLY actually!!! I was sold at that point. Then informed me that my toilet needed to be replaced. Charged me nothing for service call. Very professional. Will definitely use again, given the services are needed again. Thanks Jeff.

  Do not use. Previously a loyal customer for many many years. Today, replaced a $10 fitting on back of refrigerator less than 10 min at outrageous overcharged $285.60. Shocked at cost, I called Jeff who respond "cost of doing business".
