  Deml had wonderful customer service and sent out an excellent service tech within a few hours of our call. After a bad experience with an untrustworthy hvac company in town this was night and day better experience, 100% better value and a smaller bill for actual work that helped maximize our system. I will only use Deml in the future. Thank you for your great work.

  Thanks for the kind words. We would never sell a system until it is absolutely needed or wanted. Fortunately this was a pretty easy fix. We still believe in "our family keep yours comfortable" .

  Called Deml after having a bad customer service experience with another local contractor. Right off the bat they answered the phone professionally and willing to help. When the tech arrived he was polite and willing to answer questions and explain the issue. I will be calling Deml with any future heating or air conditioning needs.
