  My parents have been doing business with this company for over 35 years. Their hot water heater broke and it was under warranty. When they called the guy was helpful. But when he realized they were having an issue he didn’t help them. They called again and Delta didn’t pick up. My parents went to the store and saw that they had hot water heaters from the same company. And still they refused to help my parents. We called the hot water heater company directly and after 1/2 an hour we heard back from Delta. How convenient! They were apologetic and then wanted to help out my parents. However, my parents took their business elsewhere as they were treated poorly from the beginning. How foolish to lose business from people who have been so loyal.

  Thank you for your recent commentary everyone have the chose to think where ever they want but I wish first have a little time to investigate what is the warranty policy cover we are a very comparable company we help your parents every moment they call to our store with the customer support phone number where they can call for the warranty we give the information where they can go to get the new hot water tank we pick all the call they make to as but we don't have account with A O Smith so we resale is nothing to do with the service we provide in Delta Plumbing&Heating Supply.   They carry most that's needed for plumbing at better prices than home depot. Custom Pope cuts and threading done well too.

  They come to house without identification saying weird history with attitude In stay away asking for identification
