  This year I received a mailer from this Delfera and decided to give them a call for a heater replacement at my primary home. Bob was super kind and professional and came out the next day. They also did a tune up for one of my rentals. Dave came out, was on time and super friendly and efficient. Lastly, I had an issue with another one of my rentals today and they came out same day. Ricky was the tech and again, very professional and kind. I love that they send texts out with the name and picture of who is showing up. From the young lady that answers the phone, to sales, to tech...everyone is amazing. Very thankful for their honest, professionalism and just being easy to do business with.

  Everything was timely and efficient. I got their proposal on Friday and the system was installed and running the following Monday. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. Both techs were knowledgeable and had good personalities. I would recommend Delfera to anyone.

  My whole experience from top to bottom was simply phenomenal. From the very beginning, Bob Malinowski came to my house to look at my current old HVAC system. He was prompt, courteous, and most importantly, honest. I had done my research before hand, and he didn’t try to oversell me anything or steer me in one direction or another. His quote was also much more reasonable compared to three other quotes I got from local family run companies. In addition, two months had lapsed before I finally decided to pull the trigger, and he was kind enough to honor the original quote despite the fact that cost of equipment had increased in the interim due to supply shortages. My heat had broken in the interim, and he scheduled me for two days after I officially decided to go with him…Another sign of great customer service. He even included two years of free maintenance checks and service with the original contract. On the day of installation, Andrew and Joe (the installation technicians) were prompt, courteous, and very clean. They explained to me what they were doing at the onset of the project, were very efficient throughout the day (an approximately nine hour job), and when they were all done, went through each of the new features with me, showing me what each of the components were, what to look for in emergencies, explained all the different components in their operations, and waited around extra to make sure that everything worked properly with my generator. In addition, Bob came over later that evening to double check the work, make sure I was satisfied, and also confirm that I would be receiving and efficiency unit rebate. The heat is back on, and our house is no longer 35°… I would choose them again and again, and highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!
