  I have been a contractor for Over 30 years in Pennsylvania. I moved to Wilmington, Delaware 3 months ago. I just expanded to large scale plumbing with upcoming thousands of dollars in material. I walk in and the 1st words said, very harshly, 'what do you need'? I asked, "Did I come at a bad time? Are you busy?' Response: "What do you need?, do you have a list? (Again Harsh). I said 'I'm hoping you can tell me what I need. "Can I show you a picture to figure it out?" Response with agitation: "No. We sell materials. Do you have a list" I said 'no. I was hoping you could help me figure it out.' Response in anger "Well I can't unless you give me a ### list" I said, "well you just lost thousands of dollars" Response: "Oh well, have a good day" I just left and I will never go back again even if I have a detailed list. I will drive 50 miles in a different direction before going there.. Absolutely utterly appalling and unprofessional. They definitely are not looking for growth of their own business. I am very happy to post my review with my 2000 plus friends on Facebook and Twitter.

  They are great. I had a special plumbing issue with my new bathroom sink. They walked me through the fix and had the needed part figured out quickly. We check prices on hot water heaters and they are very competitive with the low online prices but they talked me through options and standards I had not thought about. We are new loyal customers to Delaware Plumbing Supply!
