  my experience with definitive mechanical was very underwhelming my wife was charged $644 to change 2 shut off valves under our bathroom sink which should have cost no more than $200 you can buy the parts at any store for $30-$40 but because she didn't know she was taken advantage of I would not recommend them to anyone especially a female and to make matters worst the tech didn't close the main water valve completely causing a leak and they fail to acknowledge there mistake
