  Poor first impression. Lady who answered the phone was rude, short and does not know how to talk to customers. Will not call them back because of the lack of professionalism from person who answers phones. Plenty of other places in town who know how to manage their customers in a polite professional way.

  Joe installed 2 faucets, bath and kitchen, under sink kitchen fílter, replaced shut off valves for and installed bathroom sink which required some repiping for offset drain. He also replaced leaking toilet seal which was extra work because it started leaking after appointment was made. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Thankful to have everything working with no more leaks!!
