  Called Dean was supposed to be there the next day between 9:30 and 10:00.Said he would call if going to be late or earlier. At 10:15 I called him and he said because of rain this morning he had a hard time getting out of his yard said he was sorry he didn't call . Said he was finishing up another job and was going by to get parts for my sink would be there as he can.Two hours later no call or nothing letting me know when he might be there.I called him no answer message said mail box was full couldn't accept anymore messages I left message to tell him I'm cancelling don't even waste your time calling him .

  My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with Dean's expertise, professionalism, and knowledge. He did an outstanding job replacing our out of code and 25+ yr old hot water heater with a new top-of-the-line, energy-efficient water heater. We have had some absolutely terrible experiences with so-called "master plumbers" in the metro area who have lied to us, failed to finish a job, or even offer us a solution for various issues. Dean, on the other hand, restored my faith in plumbers! He showed us how he was bringing our new hot water heater plumbing up to code, what the benefits would be of our new product, and how to care for and properly use our new hot water tank. We were super impressed. He was extremely personable, kind, and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I now am confident that I know exactly who to call in the future for additional plumbing needs!

  My father is on a fixed income, but since he had no hot water he paid Dean Smith $240 - of his bill money - up front "for parts". After paying, Dean set an appointment, but was a no-show. He made some excuse and set a 2nd appointment, which he also did not show up to. Made a 3rd appointment, was again a no-show, and now he will not answer calls, or answers and hangs up. I researched his credentials - after the fact, unfortunately - and found that he is NOT a licensed plumber in the State of Oklahoma. "Dean Smith Quality Plumbing" is NOT a registered business entity with the Oklahoma Department of State. Furthermore, there are SEVERAL lawsuits against Dean Smith in Cleveland Co., most (if not all) resulted in a default judgment because he was a no-show even to court. As a matter of fact, he appears to have a pending BENCH WARRANT for failing to appear. This guy is a FRAUD. He is NOT a licensed plumber, so therefore can not possibly be "Bonded" or "Insured" as his truck says. He is a CON-ARTIST, and should be arrested.

  I repaired Matthew's father heater 3 times . I never charged him regular rates always much much less. Other plumbers had been working on the same water heater and none of them ever came back . I came back twice at no charge at night to Accommodate his father's schedule . I told his father there well water was so bad that they must add a sediment filter or the electric elements are going continue to fail . I told him that on my second trip to his home . At that time it was late at night and itŕ 20-30 miles east of Norman . I replaced the elements at no charged . I Again told him that a filter must be added. 2 weeks goes by and i am back out there replacing the elements at no charge and its snowing and 11:00 at night and a sat night at that.. so i have been there 3 times at night . spent just over 110 dollars in parts sand about 60 dollars in gas . Still he refuses to add a filter. So i made 60 dollars in 6hrs plus wear and tear on my vans. When they called again i said no.
