  Came home from Christmas vacation to flooded basement and needed a new water heater ASAP. Was referred by Just Right Heating and Air at 8:45, their technician David was calling by 9:45, and at 11:15 we had hot water. Professional, easy going, and put up with all my nagging questions. Updated old gas line free of charge, and overall price matched what was quoted over the phone. Everything was cleaned spotless, and old heater took off with them. Thanks guys!

  I used to live in a 100 year old crapshack with a single bathroom. The toilet has started leaking and that led me to discover a beat-to-hell toilet flange attached to a 100 year old cast iron main stack. Everything was fused together and I didn't dare touch it. Someone recommended Jenkins so I had them come out to do the repair. I left for work in the AM at my usual time and left my MIL in charge. Jenkins arrived shortly after I left and started work. When I got home 10 hours later everything was done and cleaned up. Only way I could tell they had been in the house was a new bead of white caulk around the base of the toilet. MIL reported that the plumber worked straight for those ten hours. I believe her. All parts of the stack that I had requested be replaced were done exactly to my specifications and it was very clean work. He had also corrected a long standing (but undetected) problem with the placement of the toilet. Cutting through that floor must have been a nightmare because that old wood is practically stone now. When I had originally described the problem over the phone and what I thought needed to be done they were quick to tell me they could do what I wanted without having to replace as much of the stack as I had thought. I was doubtful they would succeed with the money saving technique but it worked perfectly. I guess that's why they're the plumbers and I'm the hack -job handyman homeowner. I would definitely use them again. Price was right for the work (lower than I had budgeted) and the plumber really put in the effort to get the work done in a single day.
