  Dean Hardy is the best! This is the second time i’ve called him, and he came the same day, within a couple of hours of my call. We had a backup of water in our basement, which turned out to be the sewerage ejector pump. I didn’t have any idea what the thing was, my last house didn’t have one. Dean came and fixed the problem, explained what the thing is for and what happened, and was out the door in 15 minutes. No charge. Amazing. If you need a plumber that you can trust, that is honest and knows his stuff, call Dean Hardy.

  Our hot water tank recently failed prematurely & were in a tough spot to get it installed quickly. We called a few plumbers & were quoted outrageous prices . Then we were lucky enough to call Dean, he was over within an hour . He told us it had to be replaced but should be covered under warranty. The model wasn't in stock that day but he said he would be able to install it the following day. He was right on time & installed it within a few hours & we were only charged installation.   Dean recently replaced a water heater for our family. I was very glad I contacted Dean and will again in the future. I was in a tight spot and he came through very quickly for me and my family.
