  Two years ago the warranty people sent them out to my house to replace the furnace. I just had a company come in and replace an exhaust elbow that was rusted and split in half, it was venting into my crawlspace. I was charged for new duct but didn't get it. That suff happens over time but not 2yrs. One of the techs said that the reason it could of happened was they didn't have it vented right in the first place. They also left my old furnace in the crawlspace.
