I woke up this morning with a lack of heat. I found the ignition capacitor for my old fuel oil furnace finally gave up the ghost after years of faithful service. I called everywhere trying to get a replacement. I've found almost nobody services fuel oil furnaces anymore and nobody had parts. Thankfully it wasn't the dead of winter but I still needed heat. I called De Lage plumbing and heating out of desperation going through the list of numbers I could find (it was almost a dozen). Out of all of the places I called Chris was the only one willing to help with no excuses. He responded within a few minutes of my call and helped me get the part I needed right away. I'm glad to say my heat is back working again. I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to him for all of their plumbing and heating needs. That willingness to help a complete stranger when nobody else would goes a long way in my book. Thank you!!!!! Mike from Mikado.

I called Chris DeLage at DeLage Plumbing & Heating when my furnace recently stopped working one bitterly cold winter day. I left a message on his work answering machine and he called me back within five minutes. Chris was at my house within three hours, exactly as he had promised. He fixed my furnace and had it running again within ten minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable about my furnace brand and showed me how to prevent the problem from occurring again. The price he charged for his service call was very reasonable, especially since it was a Sunday AND New Year's Eve. Without question, Chris is one of the best and nicest contractors I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him.

We called him to install a shut off valve and repair our outside faucet. He jerked us around all summer saying he would install it before winter then blew us off. Stay far away from this one.
