  I live in an old house with old pipes going to the road. It has been five years since I have had to call on their services. Recently I had issues with the water slowly draining and scheduled an appointment! Received a fast response and was thankful to be able to be seen so quickly! So the day came for service and I waited an hour after promised time and then had to call them due to me having to go to work! Not a problem we r/s for 4pm. Yay maybe I can have working pipes this evening! Nope !!! They no showed no call, no text, no nothing!! I did however get a call the next morning as I was going to work! So three hours of my time was spent on waiting for someone to call or show up!! Three hours I could have not used of my vacation time!! I will not ever call them again. I will dig up my pipes and replace them all before I call and schedule another appointment!

  I put In a request online and was contacted almost immediately! I had My plumbing issue taken care of within hours and the guys that came were fast and efficient ! Would highly recommend!!!

  Caleb arrived first thing in the morning after a late night mishap: my toddler flushed my wedding ring down the toilet. Caleb was very professional, worked quickly and most importantly got my ring back for me! Exceptional customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and an all around five star experience. Definitely call DPC for your plumbing needs!
