  This was the first time using this business. We were very happy with the service. We called several plumbers before calling Davis. They were very professional, gave us an appointment slot, which they emailed us right after we hung up. Then we received another email when the driver was on the way telling us who to expect. The plumber was very professional and pleasant. He looked at our problem and gave us an estimate before repairing. Upon completion, he asked for approval, explained their warranty and we were emailed our invoice and receipt. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely be using them in the future.

  We had a kitchen drain that apparently had 40 years worth of grease and goo clogging it. Wayne arrived on Sunday, after we had been without a functioning sink for two days. He spent several hours using all the equipment he had with him doing his level best to unclog it, without success. He apologized a lot, but it was clear he had done everything possible at that time. The next day, Ian arrived with a hot water pressure hose and spent several hours *successfully* unclogging the drain. He then ran a camera through the drain so we could check that there were no breaks. At every point in the process, both Wayne and Ian were excellent at explaining what they were doing and why. They answered all my questions and were professional and polite. I’m very pleased with both the process and the outcome.

  Customer service agent was very pleasant when I calledd to make the appointment. Jim was the name of the tech that assisted with the repair. He arrived on time, was really friendly, diligent and super knowledgeable, after assessing the area he was able to recommend a couple of solutions. Once I made my choice he promptly installed it. In all I had a great experience and I’m satisfied with the service. I definitely recommend Davis Plumbing. Thank you
