  Clay and his team at Alachua Plumbing did an outstanding job to ensure they got my water heater working again, went over and beyond. I had to order a part from the manufacturer and when that part didn't fix my problem, they called the manufacturer themselves and stayed on hold to make sure I got the part I needed. The team was very responsive to my phone calls and truly cared about repairing my water heater the right way. A very attentive team to my issue and the end result was a very happy customer. Clay didn't rest until the job was done. Thanks guys!!!! 10 stars from this customer. Great work team. I recommend this company for any Plumbing issues.

  I was very happy with their response time and the work they did. The equipment they installed is superior and they quickly and efficiently installed it. My only complaint is that they didn't remove the old hot water heater. When I asked I was told that it would cost me more. Overall, I would call them again now that I know how they operate.
