  We have used David Cook as our plumber for years. His work for us including installing a new bathroom has always been excellent. Emergencies come up so sometimes he may be late for a non emergency. But when you’re the one with the emergency he’s always quick to respond. He’s a hard worker and very personable. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

  We called Monday morning for a plumbing problem we were having. Our waste line was blocked, so we couldn’t use our kitchen sink or washer. I got an answering machine, where the lady’s voice told me to leave a message and they would call me as soon as possible. That was at 9:00 am. It is now 5:00 pm on Tuesday, and we have yet to get a return call! We have used Mr. Cook in the past, but I guess they got too big for their britches! Don’t bother wasting your time calling them!

  Hello. Not sure of any message left from this name. We appreciate the feed back, and we serve all customers no matter how small or big the job is. At this time we are extremely busy, it has been a busy year, we try to fit everyone in as we can. But again not sure of a message left with this name at our company, I strive daily to return all calls! Thanks again and sorry about your experience.
