  Watch out, not very professional. American Home Shield referral. Repair tech came out and exchanged our old hot water heater for a new one. After paying close to 2 grand no receipt or invoice for the new heater and services. Til this day after many phone calls nothing. Also damaged wall during installation. Seems to be scamming Home Warranty company. I am believing the heater was refurbished, used and not new is reason for refusing to give receipt. Beware may be a scam going on. Just watch out and read all reviews especially when using from a home warranty referral.

  Beware! Technician came out as part of home warranty repair. Confirmed that the hose bib was leaking. Stated it was not part of warranty. Even when presented with the contract that clearly showed it was covered. He indicated that it was only for certain types of hose bibs and that was not specified in the contract. Refusing to call the warranty company to confirm, he said it would us cost out of pocket to repair and in general the warranty call is just to inspect and estimate for cost. He even said, “I’m showing up as a courtesy to the warranty company” He made the hose bib leak worse and left when denied the up sale effort. Update: Technician submitted diagnosis to warranty company and stated hose bib is not attached to the foundation of the home and in backyard. Picture attached of hose bib. Appears to be scamming warranty company for service fees. Be cautious!

  Tech came out on a 1st call to repair what was described as a leak. Stated that the pipe was crack. Replaced pipe. Found out that it was a clog. Suggested that an "upgrade was needed to bring the pipe up to code". While waiting for approval from the repair insurance company techs left. I called them an hour later. Told that the warranty company had not returned their call for approval. I ran a plumbing snake in the pipe and removed the clog......all good now.
