  First experience with installation of water heater was the best! Now I've got an emergency and the company will not give me an appointment, though I've said I will wait. No one ever answers the telephone; you get a recording and leave a message, but whoever is responding to my many phone messages and emails has written to say I "won't" return their calls. (I do; no one answers...just a machine.)The person said I refused an appointment when they were near my location; that's true...I had a medical appointment I could not miss. You hear only the best of Dave Co. This is definitely out of the ordinary. The contact I had there has told me to "call Roto Rooter," that maybe Roto Rooter will make me "happy." Dave Co no longer responds to my attempts to get an appointment at any time, even weeks in the future. This is certainly strange!

  Look no further. This is a family owned company with customer service their number one priority. I live out of state and needed a reputable company to do repair work for my Mom who doesn't use the internet and is in bad health. I searched companies in and around St. Francisville and left messages for this company and 2 others. They were the only company to return my message. They came out sooner than expected and repaired her leak within an hour. Communicated with me before and after the repairs were done. A first class company all the way.

  Great Plumber in Francisville and surrounding area- I'm a big fan and will continue to do business with Dave-Co Pluming. The fact that they have a locations in Baton Rouge, Zachary, and Francisville make it great for a contractor that has projects all over town.
