  We have called multiple times in the past year. They make promises but do not return calls or come to our property. I tried again 2 weeks ago with no return call. They were excellent with our septic tank 10 years.

  3 months of trying to get visit. 3 times said would come on a certain date. “We’ll call when on way”. So took off work to wait. They couldn’t even provide estimate on morning or afternoon. After each no show said there was no appointment. Angies list found plumber and had appointment in 30 minutes.

  Great customer service. Dropped off early, picked up on time. I would highly recommend using Daugherty's anytime you need one of their services. Thank you again!
