  Had a plumbing issue with my dishwasher supply line and contacted Dauenhauer. Cooper was my tech and he called prior to arrival, was right on time and very polite. He explained the issue and was done with the fix in less than 20 minutes. Service wasn't exactly cheap, but it was done correctly and efficiently, so worth the cost.

  We were completely satisfied with Dauenhauer Plumbing! Customer Service was excellent. They sent me text confirmations and updates on when my plumber would arrive or if he was going to be delayed. We had a usual problem. We could not find why cold water was not running in our laundry room. Our licensed plumber was Jeremiah. He was professional and very polite. He wore a mask which was complying to the CDC face covering recommendations. He explained what the possible problem could be and how he could be possibly solve it. No guarantees but he was going to try and resolve our problem and get cold water flowing into the washing machine. We didn't get the problem resolved the first day, but Jeremiah came back and vowed to solve the problem. He kept his promise, and we now have cold water for our washing machine! Pricing was great! I highly recommended them, and we be requesting Jeremiah again!

  I got in touch with Dauenhauer Plumbing when I needed some small jobs done (replacing a faucet and hooking up a downstairs sink). I'm a first time home owner, and Ronnie was thorough and considerate. He advised me on buying a new faucet, and while he was investigating the downstairs sink, he noticed that the copper pipes had several spots of oxidization. He recommended getting the pipes replaced and why, and advised me about replacing pieces versus replacing all of the pipes. I didn't want to deal with a leak and decided to go ahead and get the pipes replaced. That work was finished today, and Ronnie was professional and thorough in having me ensure that the job was done correctly, including that the hot water worked for each faucet. I felt the price was fair for the service and quality, and I'm glad to have peace of mind thanks to Dauenhauer.
