  Mike and his associates were such a excellent service in assisting us figure out some pipe and plumbing problems we are having in our condo unit and building. They were prompt, expedient, and provided us with some great recommendations with how to proceed with the upcoming repairs to our unit and building’s piping and plumbing issues. We look forward to working with them in future. We will be recommending them to our insurance, and hope to use their services when we are able to finally proceed with the actual replacement and/or repair of the plumbing. We appreciate all the help and recommendations we have gotten from them thus far. Thank you!

  Installed complete hvac system 2015. This evening 8/11/2021 the system went out and unable to get tech for repairs. (over 80 deg tonight) called for maint, first tele responding person indicated the tech on call would call, an hour later lady responded to follow-up call and indicated they no longer perform services after hours. Lady called early indicated would send tech afternoon of 8/12, then called few min later and stated Tech was on his way, Tech came 8:00am and was finished by 8:30 he was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, .

  Nick replaced the washing machine water shutoff and hoses to machine. Nick was prompt, professional,competent and a pleasure to task with and cleaned up the job area meticulously. We would welcome him back.
