  I called Dan's Heating & AC and asked if someone could come out and check my AC because it went out. They came and gave me the reasoning for the problem and told me the cost to fix it. The major problem is that neither over the phone nor in person did anyone from this company tell me it's cost $92 for them to come out and look. Once I recieved the bill from them I called for clarity thinking it was a mistake and the very rude and unexplainable lady told me they do not have to tell us that they charge for inspection. She also went on to say "everyone charges to inspect" (not true the business we went with did not charge) and that had "I asked then maybe she would of told me". I run a business and customer service, clarity and satisfaction is the number one goal. I felt that Dans Heating and AC hide the fact of fees nowhere on the website or inquiring on the phone did anyone mention an inspection fee. Let's try to be better at communicating to people you want service from.
