  Very disappointed especially when my father worked with Dan for years. He sent a young man over who didn't even know where the drain release was so snaking was doing nothing. Didn't find it or fix problem still charged me 177 dollars. I called office they said Dan would call me back and he never did. Waste of time waste of money

  Not only did they answer the phone (had problems with others in owosso not answering or calling back) but they fit fit us in the same day! Great service, friendly, affordable, hard working and honest. Will use and recommend in furtue
