  We moved into a new home and were unaware that our bathtub drain was leaking and causing water damage so we called Dan to help. After he took a look we, set up an appointment for it to be fixed. He was aware at the time how this impacted our family, new home, baby in the house who cant take a bath etc. as the leak was significant. Well the morning came when he was supposed to come and he was a no show. No call , no text, nothing.. We moved our schedules to be available and nothing. eventually we got in touch with him and he stated he took another job? and someone "might" be sent out the next morning. Not only is this unacceptable on a professional level but on a personal/human level as well. At least give the courtesy of a call in advance. not hard really. I would not recommend him.
