  I wish I could give this business negative 5 stars. They charge more than a doctor for about the same expertise as a florist. After 5-10 minutes of doing nothing, they told us we had frozen underground pipes and that we'd have to hire a plumbing specialist to come out and "steam the pipes," because they don't do that, and then left (we had no water for 2 days prior). The specialist we were forced to hire had the 4 inches of ABOVE-ground pipe fixed in 10 minutes with nothing but a hair dryer. But at least Damon's was nice enough to send me a $200 bill for the 10 minutes they were here doing nothing and letting us and our elderly special needs family members go without water for an additional 2 days. In the end, their incompetence cost me 4 days of no water and over $400 for 2 different plumbing companies.

  Had work done recently and would highly recommend. He was polite and got the work done in a timely manner. He was also great at answering all of our questions. I will definitely be doing work with him if the future if needed!
