  We had an AC outage on Friday evening. I called on Saturday morning and within a couple of hours Alberto arrived and was able to diagnose the problem and get up and running within a very reasonable amount of time. Alberto was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation. We were very much pleased with everything they did and the price was reasonable. Great guys to deal with.

  Dalton Heat and Air just installed another Trane system for me and, as always, did an excellent job. What I appreciate more than any other quality of this fine company is they are quick to correct any rare oversight they have made. The team of Evan and Blake was prompt, efficient, courteous, and certainly capable. I would trust them to do my work any time. Thank you Dalton Heating and Air.

  12 year old Copeland Scroll compressor failed on existing R-22 Heat Pump. Wanted to go ahead and upgrade to a new Carrier unit with current refrigerant. Dalton Heating & Air came out and gave me an estimate on a new Heat Pump, along with Evaporator & lines installed in my existing dual fuel attic unit. They beat the other estimate I got on the exact same components by a lot, and have a year longer warranty on labor! Super nice guys. Installers were professional and fast. I would definitely recommend these guys based on my experience. 9/18 Need to add to my review. My wife noticed a gouge in the sheetrock in our hallway close to our pull down attic ladder. The gouge was not there before the A/C install, so I am assuming either the large drip pan or new evaporator hit the wall when it was being carried up by one of the installers. I understand accidents happen, and have had a few in my lifetime, but what disappoints me is I'm sure they knew when the wall was damaged, and no one showed me the courtesy or respect to tell me it happened. I have the ability to repair spots like this in sheetrock, and I would have told them I understand slips happen when climbing a ladder and not to worry I can fix it. My response is still the same, but I believe I deserved to be told instead of my wife having to notice it. The installers were very nice and even gave me a new roll of mastic tape because I told them I wanted to retape spots on the A/C unit in areas they were not working on and I only had standard aluminum tape. Now I wonder if the free roll of tape was to make up for the gouge in my wall. I'm not looking for anything more. Other than the gouge, the install was good and the price was very good. Unit is working great. Because of the gouge I had to drop the rating to 4 stars.

  Thank you for your business and for taking the time to leave this review. I would have appreciated if you would have contacted me personally about the sheet rock issue. We have a sheet rock repair man standing by to repair these issues because they do happen from time to time.
