Great company when ever we have had a problem they take care of us.  Also can't say enough about their tech will always  gives us good service.

Dales went above and beyond and the extra mile in between.  We have bought both appliances and now a furnace and heat pump system from them. They have always done an amazing job with delivery. They were able to work within our budget and still make sure everything we needed done was done. Would 100000% recommend for any heating, cooling, or new appliance needs.

Dale’s Heating and Appliance was amazing!! Came out promptly after I called to inquire about air. Then installed it the very next week!! James is very pleasant to work with and the guys that installed the unit did a great job!! I highly recommend this company!!

The first guy to come out, Will K. was an hour and a half late. Never received a courtesy call stating the tech would arrive late or an eta, I the customer had to keep calling for updates. When I called I needed an aqua stat replaced and my boiler to be serviced. He replaced the aqua stat but had set the temp on it to 250 (supposed to be 180). Instead of finishing the job and taking responsibility for not doing his job properly he proceeded to tell his boss that he told me the customer how to finish the job and laughed at my husband when he had a question about his services. When I had spoken with Jessica who answers the phone at Dales when you call she like Will had tried to take the responsibility and blame off of them and say that she wasn’t here so she doesn’t know what happened essentially putting the blame on me as the customer. When a new tech was sent out he seemed a little more knowledgeable but still inept to the job. There is a pump on my boiler that he stated might be bad because he put something on the bottom of it and stated that it should spin which it did not. He stated a new pump would run in the price range of 300 not including installation fees. A new pump was actually 70 dollars so at their price they make out way ahead by overcharging people. They took advantage of me and my husband when we stated we know nothing about boilers and that’s why we were looking for their guidance and honesty. A simple apology for being late, not finishing the job and accountability for the staff by Jessica would have went miles. I wouldn’t recommend, I know there is a heating place in grantsburg that could also help with your needs (the township uses) so you don’t get treated in the same manner we did. I normally would call and address the issue again with Jessica but as I said there is no accountability and their company is evidently never in the wrong.

Bought a $900 range upon getting it home we discovered many major dents on unit. Was told we would get a $300 credit from Maytag, Called numerous times and left messages, was told later that they had the unit too long to get a refund from Maytag. Repair man who was supposed to come out and look at the drawer that doesnt close, said he wasnt coming out and to call Maytag to fix it. After reading all the "great" reviews of Dales, we decided to keep it local. Not a good idea since they are not standing behind the dented up range they sold us. Feel lied to and feel like they dont want our business in the future...will be contacting the BBB and our credit card company to dispute charges. wont change the rating until Dale's does something to correct the situation
