  Very disappointed with this department. My road "Forest park rd" has never been repaired satisfactory. You cannot make water flow uphill. The culvert under my road us 2 ft. higher then the height of the road. The culvert under the roads "downstream" are clogged.instead if building up the road surface road and bridge dept. keeps scraping away the road making the problem worse. We pay our taxes like everyone else, we deserve the same treatment as the rest of the taxpayers. Beavers keep ourculverts full of trash. Once again water does not flow "UPHILL". A blind monkey could do a better job!

  dale county needs to fix the very narrow and dangerous bridges on county road 36 that runs from echo al to ozark al And the bridge on county road 83 All of these locations need to have their bridges wider there are to many accidents and fatality's and close calls
