  I am super happy with Dakota Valley. They have always been quick to respond. When our furnace went out they dealt with it quickly, efficiently and we are really pleased with the new furnace. Customer service is awesome. The folks we have worked with are terrific. Thank you!

  I have contacted DEVC numerous time asking why I have power problems to the point that I times I have reset clocks numerous times a week. I have yet to have anyone investigate as far as I know. Started keeping record of the lasted bull##$. Well this morning I get a automated message saying power will be cut at 12 or 12:30 for approximately 20 min, at 11:25 my power went out and came back on 30 seconds later.not thinking this was there work to be done today. Well so far my record shows I have had glitches on the 13,14,15,16,19,20,21,and today 22 wish I had a company that cared
