  I was not thrilled having to call them but knew from past experience that they did great work. I learned something today and felt they were honest and they did what would get us by until we replaced subflooring soon.

  Called this person to take a look at my water softener. Nice on the phone. Set up to have Ryan look at it at his recommendation and he never showed up. Never returned any of my calls. Being an older person and working mostly off a handshake or a persons word, I was very disappointed at this and his handling of communication and way of doing business and lack or reapect. No, I would not use. Thank you.
