My appointment time was 230 pm cst to pick up 3 pieces going to Knoxville,Tennessee...I got there a few few minutes before 2pm and didn't leave until almost 8pm tonight.....This location compared to the others is the absolute worst in terms giving a ounce of care towards professional truck drivers and their hours of service at all. .. I asked at 330pm for a update.. nothing at all.
To whomever is in charge of shipping and receiving you should be ashamed and terminated immediately.  To find out that I had to wait til the shift change just to get loaded is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional in every
way possible...

Not so fast loaded take 2 hrs +2 hours tarping,give ladders!!! When i finish tarping go take paper work,the SHIPPER SAID YOU DONT NEED TARPING BECAUSE WE WRAPPED MATERIAL ,OMG WHY INSPEND SO MANY TIME FOR TARPING!!! But anyway good facility

Had an appt to get loaded at 7.30pm. Now is 12.20am and counting. Still in line. Will mark with "never again".

They are very unprofessional people.got 0 respect and wasted 9 hrs there. Nobody doesn't care about anything. 0 for safety.
I was over there for 5 hrs and took a nap.nobody didn't let me know they were loading my truck and put one of 2  big 12ftx11ftx8 ft crates where my chains were. It took me 1,5hrs to get someone to pick it up. They lifted it up around 4 ft and I was told to
Go under it and get my chains. How much brain guy with long beard has to act this way? Do you have any safety trainings? Finally I got my bol 1 page +copy where was saying page 2of 3. I told them my factoring company will not buy it without other 2 pages. Again guy with long beard in action. He whited out where was saying page 2of 3 made 2 copies and handled it to me. basically this bill is fake and he committed falsification !!!!

Terrible place. They are all nice to you in orientation. Tell you they will train you and take the time to do it and do it well. They tell you to go to managment with issues right away.

Once you get on the floor though, you are on your own and they dont care about you. If you are clearly far ahead in your work, management will come over and ask in a rude tone 'why they see so much standing around'. Instead of actually giving you more work. They do not find you other things to do even if you ask, and then tell at you when you cant do anything. They have no designated trainers, so I got put with a guy that had a terrible attitude and yelled at me all week until I told him that he needed to stop or I would report him

When he was reported management didnt take my complaint seriously, called me too sensitive and acted like I was making it up, until another female employee came in and told him the same thing.

It took them a month to get me into training for the job they hired me for, and when I got there I was encouraged and told I was doing well... that I only had to get used to flame control...only to be told they were ending training a day early and they didnt want me to be a brazer for them anymore. When I told my manager I just needed a bit more time to train to get used to the flame movement I was told in a snotty tone that I had just as much time as everyone else to learn.

Mind you I showed up early, scored 100% on all written exams, took extensive notes and answer most of the questions the teacher asked the class in training. Yet the guy with 75% got to stay.... 50% of my braze training class failed... all of them women.

The other employees I worked with were very nice but the hiring process is deceptive, and they do not care if you fail or not. They lie and will tell you how they will give you more time to train if you need it, but will not. If you fail training, they WILL NOT offer you a different position with the same pay...Aweful place. Never work there.

Pays very well but zero safety for you. You are a number to them and can be easily replace. Perfect attendance is a must, they dont care whether you are sick. Very few women and mostly stuck up, craby men. If you are not up to their speed, you get treated differently. Trainers are not trained to be a trainer for new employee that they assigned you to. Not a team player setting or people, it is every person for themselves.

This place actually pays very well and has a very well kept and spotless place to work.. the benefits are good and the union makes sure you have high wages. Like all places .. there are ups and downs but overall a good place to work.

For truckers : The forklift are the best , they know how to load the freight , but the supervisor Erin doesnt know much about driving trucks !!!!

The HR department is very unprofessional. They are very rude and when you ask questions you get looked down upon. Alex the HR manager let's this behavior slide constantly. They want to act like they are professional but behind the scenes shows a very different story.

It's ok if you dont want a life and if you have a kid that has anything other than a school event like a dance recital, you will be penalized. They would rather have a supervisor come up with a false aquisation than realize people have kids that are in activities outside of school.
