Had what we needed, customer service was on point. Everybody was masked up.

Rude service...when I asked if he had the parts I needed, he asked if I was going to buy anything, or what. When I asked a question he bluntly stated that he does not teach and that was what he was told to do.  I was then asked if I new how to solder pipe when I replied yes he asked if I was a plumber...this was all asked in a rude condescending tone.  When he printed out the list of parts he stated the price in a tone that expected me to say the price was too high. When I asked to see the list he initially folded it in half and was reluctant to show it to me. At that point I got the point that he did not want to help me.  I have had good service in the past ordering parts for myself and for my employer. I truly hope that the salesman was just having a bad day and this was a one time occurrence. I have already had to take my business elsewhere, and if the service remains the same at Dahl I will have to recommend my employer do the same.  Sad to have to write a negative review about a place that used to have excellent customer service.

Got to Dahl in Santa Fe after driving a couple of hours to find our we couldn't go into showroom without an appointment, which is only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But the Brenna, the salesperson was very polite and offered to meet me outside to help. I waited in my truck while she looked for what I needed. I appreciated her going out of her to accommodate me!

They have a heating department with knowledgeable staff.
They have a beautiful Kohler showroom with other makes and models. It’s amazing  what beautiful homes they provide faucets, fixtures, and water softening to. Parade homes.
Knowledgeable sales staff.
Mfg reps and Mfgs are outstanding, great backup and very good trainers.
Sales staff are receiving orders from walk ins, text messages, emails, phone ins by cell phone and desk phones, electronic mail, fax and other.
Leadership is educated, believes in training, promotes from within,  great mentors, they believe in their store, and most of all local people. Attended college in New Mexico. Always training plumbers and sales staff.
Warehouse hard working staff, unloading trucks , delivery’s, assisting numerous sales staff, shipping supplies around the USA, pulling orders, stocking, I could go on and on.

Nice selection but seriously overpriced.  They have an extensive selection of products and some unique things that you won't find at big-box home stores.  That said, they do have SOME of the same products you can find at the chain stores, except that they charge 5 times the price that you can buy them for in those chain stores.  Pull a few model numbers from some of the more basic fixtures and compare for yourself.  If it's $100 a HD or L, it'll be $500+ there.  I have no issue paying for quality and selection, but if they overcharge so much on the same products, then it's safe to assume that pretty much anything you purchase there is going to be equally overpriced.

Had an excellent experience 3Dahl plumbing.  Great information about what I needed and the staff to support any questions I had.

Appalling. Not once but twice in 8 months, they couldn't grasp finding the simple water filter we needed. Funny there's only hundreds of other dealers that carry it on the web! We finally did just that, ordered off the web.

Beware of using this company. My plumber was busy on other jobs and sent me to Dahl to pick up the items needed for my job as well as select the style of shower fixtures I wanted. He arranged with the staff in advance to charge me the contractor price, When I went to the store and met with the woman who was to be my contact, she convinced me that I also needed an additional item to prevent tenants using the facility from burning themselves and suing me. It cost $100. It didn't sound right, but I bought it anyway assuming I could return it if my plumber decided I didn't need it. I also bought an access panel which was big, metal and ugly, but I didn't realize that because it was in a box. My bill was $375. for supplies.

When the day for the plumber to work arrived, he looked at the scald-prevention item and told me it was not necessary since my system had separate hot and cold levers. These things were only needed for single lever systems. Obviously the woman at the store did not know what she was talking about. Also, I saw the access panel for the first time and did not want it. My plumber returned the items to Dahl and bought $70 worth of additional items. When he returned to my house and I saw the receipts, I realized that I had been charged a $45 restock fee for the two items that totaled $175.

The following Monday, I went to Dahl's and spoke with the manager to protest the re-stock fee. He said it was company policy and there was nothing he could do about it, that 25% was industry standard. I know my one person complaint does not mean anything to this company, but this guy had absolutely no concept of customer service.

extremely overly priced, extremely as charging for a 2in pvc trap for $25! when they are $6 dollars in homedepot, DO NOT buy here.
