I used D. Rohde for a condenser A/C swap recently. Kevin and Darnell were assigned the job and I couldn't be happier with their work. It was a wet day and they were constantly going into the house and up to the air handler but they religiously put their 'slippers' on each time they entered the house so as not to track in mud. Kevin even diagnosed a wiring problem from the thermostat which would would have presented a big problem when we went to test it. They kept me informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves and the price was acceptable. I use D Rohde for plumbing, heating and AC and have never had a bad experience. They even installed a water softener for me a few weeks back.

I took a chance with D. Rhode on the experience my friend had with them. I was happy I did. Jeff was very knowledgeable and experienced. He was friendly, yet professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. Jeff and Taylor did an amazing job with the clean up, as well. I will be using D. Rhode for all my plumbing needs.

Had two water heaters flushed and one is clearly beyond it's life and needed replacement so I asked for an estimate on replacement as the tech was leaving. He assured me he had taken notes and would get his supervisor to create an estimate. That was weeks ago and not a peep. Even if they are busy this time of year, leave a phone message or send an email saying so. Cannot work with a business that simply ignores you. Tech was very nice and seemed competent.
