  I called this place because the reviews were great and they are a local business. I'm the manager of a small motel (111 rooms) and we are having hot water issues. They guys came out very fast checked everything out and said they just needed to order the part. Well a month went by and we never heard back from them. I call again the Receptionists was super nice and said she would look into it and call me back. 2 days go by we still never hear back do I call again to find out when they will be able to fix our issue that is when I'm told to call someone else! If you are not able to fix an issue you should tell the customer that instead of giving the run around for over a month. We have lost business bc of not being able to have enough hot water for all of our guest and now I have to start my search all over for a plumber again. Just not great customer service at all. Very disappointed because we try to use small local businesses as much at possible.

  I called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if a plumber could come out to install a new tub and shower faucet because I couldn't find where the leaks were coming from in the existing unit. To my surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning! When Justin arrived, he immediately put on protective booties over his boots and wore a face mask. I explained what I wanted to do. He checked out the existing plumbing, then suggested that we also put in shutoff valves and widen the access panel. I agreed to the plan. With that he began working diligently to fix and install everything. After he completed the project, he cleaned up both areas, entirely. I was able to look at the work, and ask a few questions then he neatly packed up and wrote out the invoice. The whole process was great and the work is top notch.

  When you find a good car mechanic, plumber, electrician, you keep them. DM Plumbing & Heating is my go-to for plumbing and HVAC issues. I have had them out many times for plumbing issues and routine HVAC maintenance and they have always been prompt, informative, reasonably priced and have never disappointed. I highly recommend DM Plumbing & Heating.
