  Worst experience ever! Let’s begin… our water line busted after hours and we began calling plumbers. This office responded to our call, and they came out 2 hours later than what they said they were. When they got here it was 9pm and they came unprepared! The owner was in shorts and sandals. The plumber had no PVC pipe, no plumbers glue, no shovel, and he was also in sandals. Completely unprofessional. The owner kept stating “I hate plumping” while she is trying to force pieces to fit that obviously did not fit. They both said they needed to go back to their house to get the correct supplies. When they left they were messaging my husband to cash app them money for gas. He felt bad and did send them $15. 1 hour later at 11pm. They arrive and still in sandals, and came back with no parts or plumbers glue. They kept stating it’s because everything is closed. Which we stated “if this needs to wait until morning it’s ok, we just want it done right” then the plumber is going through all the pieces talking to himself stating “I’m just going to have to rig this together” They both stated again at 12 am. They don’t have the correct parts, but they can get into a store and come back to finish the job. Well… they never returned and messaged us at 4 am that they were unable to make it back out, but will be here in the morning. They come back in the morning and tried rushing through the job. The owner kept pushing my husband to pay $220 for the job that was not completed yet. Once she got the money she turned on the water before the glue was dry and we had another leak. She kept stating “I have an emergency” “the school keeps calling me” My father in law stated you can’t leave the job unfinished, but they did. When my husband requested a refund back for the unfinished job. She stated refunds were not optional regardless if we were displeased with the work. Extremely unprofessional. Practically a scam. Do not trust them. Owner names is Mari Plumber’s name is Salas

  Posted online for unclogging of main line. He was 1st to respond and kept me informed on his time of arrival. Showed up prepared and got right to work. He's friendly and gave us advice for a couple of things involving our line. Great rates - not overpriced and would highly recommend their services and would contact them again.

  I really am amazed at the fact of what a professional job that was done ,it surpassed my expectations and left me overwhelmed and I felt so happy to see such great work.thank u all so much I recommend these individuals to everyone that wants a great job done.
