  This company is great to work with. Came within a couple hours when had an emergency for main water line leaking. The technition did a great job and was very proffessional. They will continue to get my companies business for all items that they can handle and our #1 recommendation whenever someone asks.

  We had a simple problem with the p trap under the kitchen sink. I emailed them over the Labor Day weekend. They promptly emailed me back. I stated this could wait until Tuesday bc Monday was a holiday. I reached out Tuesday morning in hopes to get the problem resolved ASAP. And a repairman came over in 10 minutes! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clearly explained what the problem appeared to be, and he fixed the problem. Thank you! And thank you Pam (who handled our email and phone call) and to D & L Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

  No showed twice! The first time the lady in the office said it was her fault. She was supposed to call me to let me know he couldn't make it that morning. I took work off to be home for them. The 2nd time, I called the office and hour after my appt time and she said he didn't come because they didnt have a phone number on file for me. What?!?! Will never attempt to use them again!!!
