  Michael B. was very personable, and professional. I had a guest arriving for my Airbnb the same day. He arrived promptly at 8a, making sure they were finished before noon. They cleaned up and hauled my three old toilets away, one for each floor. They left my place spotless. The parts guy, even shook out my rug and placed it back on the floor before leaving. That was so cool. Great service, highly recommend!

  Service needed was to replace old non functioning shutoff valves under kitchen sink to facilitate installation of new dish washer. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what the process would be and provided an estimate for my approval prior to beginning the work. Chris completed the necessary work in a much shorter time frame that I had expected and then went over how the new valves worked. He then conducted an inspection of all other valves in both bathrooms and the water heater and provided a check list of items that needed to addressed at some point in time. Chris was also very neat and cleaned up when all work was done. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service provided and with Chris’ professionalism. As a result, I will definitely keep D&F in mind for any future needs as they arise and will not hesitate to recommend D&F to my neighbors. Thank you for a great experience.

  Working with D&F Plumbing was a dream. I had recently tried to get a number of different plumbing companies to come out to Forest Grove, but nearly none would, and the ones who would were quoting us a wait time of 3 months. D&F made things happen quickly and efficiently. The plumber we worked with was named Warren. He was timely, professional, and answered all of my questions. He gave me practical tips for extending the life of our existing plumbing and showed me how a number of things worked around the house. The service we received was a combination of a shower repair and a toilet installation. Warren mapped out exactly what needed to be done and explained it all in great detail. He finished quickly, and our shower is better than it's ever been, as is our new toilet. I really appreciate that D&F does a full inspection of your house's plumbing, both inside and out. They give you a very good idea of which parts need the most maintenance. It also alerts you to potential catastrophes you might not even be aware of. Overall this was an amazing service, and we will definitely be using them for our next plumbing project or repair. I recommend you do the same.
