  I called the company to schedule a plumbing appointment for my sink and toilet. They said they don't accept appointments and that they just have jobs listed and the guys come back and pick the jobs, so they would need to call before coming out. I'm an easy going person, so I said this was fine, not knowing when they may come by a day or even a week from then. The guy called 15 minutes before getting here, who was informed that the driveway was long and it was past the first building. Knowing that it had snowed the previous night. I was left a voicemail stating that he wouldn't go up the driveway and he was parked down at the building. I proceed to walk outside to go talk to him which is only a short walk from the house. I begin walking down the hill, and he proceeds to yell from the building at me, not waiting for me to get down and talk to him. He said he refused to go up the driveway because he didn't want to get stuck and ruin any of the driveway. I informed him that we've been driving up and down since the previous night, and it wasn't a problem. He rudely told me he won't do it unless it's cleared although he had a truck, and we even had a car that had been going up and down our driveway. So I called another company, who I was able to schedule an appointment with, were accommodating with the snowy driveway who have vans, not trucks, and have nice technicians that are able to communicate in a professional, positive manner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company unless you're ok with unprofessionalism and lack of organization.

  This company is horrible. A couple months ago, I called this company to fix my heater, they did everything but fix it. The guy took everything apart and tried to fix the problem. He did replaced a part but he could not installed it properly. The guy put tape and glue around the new piece because it was not the right size. That just made it worst and it started leaking!!! Then he called someone else to come to try to fixed it, but he said the entire boiler needed to be replaced. He said it would cost 5,000 dollars. To me, that sounds like a rip off. Personally, I will never call this company again!!!!!!

  This plumber happened to be our landlords personal friend. When he came out to fix the issue he wouldn’t look me in the eye, explain what he was doing. When I asked him questions about properly cleaning up the mess, he said I should talk to the landlord instead of Doing what he would for any other non-friend customer. He fixed a plumbing issue in 3-4 inches of sewage water with NO bubbler boots or disposable booties, contaminating everywhere he walked. Do not recommend this company!
