  Fantastic! Highly recommend D&E Heating of Willow River. Parents furnace went out in their home on Thursday evening in the middle of the -30 degree plus cold snap last week. Chris talked them through reset/restart over the phone and was out first thing Friday morning to check out the unit. He was hoping they could get by with it longer. However, upon inspection it was decided that the furnace was not functioning properly and needed to be addressed as soon as possible. The crew came in on a special repair and the furnace was replaced on Saturday.

  I came home to a warm house...no AC, no blower... nothing. I called D & E Heating and talked to Chris at 8 am. Chris came by at lunch time and was able to get things fixed up. I highly recommend this company. Fast, friendly and professional. They will be the only company I will call for my HVAC needs.

  Called D&E after finding them on a Google search. Chris answered his phone after hours immediately, we discussed the heating issues and he would be able to be there immediately the next morning. He texted me just before he arrived, he called me with an update, did what was needed and texted me with a very nice message to follow up. All I can say is that they have a customer forever with that kind of service. Thank you Chris
