  Needed a rooftop furnace repaired under warranty. As the only factory authorized contractor, Gustafson refused to work on my furnace. He was happy to collect generous unearned fees for accepting delivery of warranty replacement parts at his business, but would not even take the returned defective part-so I had to deliver it myself 3.5 hours away. At least he was honest in admitting that he was frightened of slipping and falling off my metal roof.

  D C Gustafson was a big help to me and my family. I was kind of disagreement at 1st. But after talking with him in person. He did made a lot of sense. This man cares about his customers, A lot. Bless him.

  I have known Dan Gustafson for over 20 years. He has worked on my heaters, a/c and hotwater units at home and at the business that I run. (CASTLE FURNITURE) His work is top notch and second to none. Dan does quality work and I would recommend him for any and all work in his field of expertise.
