  I wish they had showed up so I could write an honest review of their work. Was told they would show up between 10am-12noon to quote a remodel. Tech would call when they are en-route. I took time off work to make the appointment. No call, no show. I called the office to find out when they would be there, and I was told that they still had one more appointment before me. I told them that I had already wasted hours of my vacation time and wouldn't be able to make it back before 5pm. They agreed, and said the tech would meet me at 5pm. Tech then called and said that he wouldn't do a 5pm appointment. Good job at creating relationships with new customers guys!

  Bruce & team have gone above and beyond with their skills and knowledge in plumbing and HVAC for our whole house remodel. They’ve showed up on time every day they said they would be here. Even assisting to find plumbing fixtures when we couldn’t. Would definitely recommend D&B to everyone!

  Got my A/C from them last year and they have been friendly and reliable ever since. Had them out recently do to home not cooling, they fixed it within hours and had no issues. The issue was not a A/C issue more related another service I had in home.
