  The business was prompt and communicative in responding to my calls and being transparent about timing and price. The professional who came even helped tighten up a pipe in another room without charging us extra. The professional was able to communicate perfectly in English and Spanish and clearly had experience dealing with condo bureaucracy.

  I made an appointment with the guy a week before , to replaced two angle stop in a building, for that I had to pay to the association 100 dollar fees in order the shut off the building water main raiser, the guy “ David” didn’t show up at all, I call him for two hours more than 25 times and he never answer the phone, I even text him a reminder the day before of the appointment and he also didn’t response, at the end I loss the $100 dollars fees paid to the building management office, and the guy never showed up. It was very unprofessional for him. I wouldn’t recommend this guys at all. He is irresponsible, informal, carefree, disrespectful to the customer, and not serious at all.

  For months our bathrooms in my factory were clogging up. I keep paying someone to unclogged them. Finally I contacted D and D plumbing to try to figure out what was going on. The came the next day. They put a camera down the toilet, and showed me where the pipe going to the sewer was broken. I hired them to fix the problem. I even asked if they could come on a Saturday so that the parking lot would be empty, and they could work. They were there Saturday early in the morning. I few hours later they had dug up a trench from the wall of my building to the street. They removed the broken pipe, and replaced it with a new PVC pipe. I'm very happy with the work, and the price. I highly recommend David, from D and D.
