Heather and Luke are absolutely fantastic! I had clients buying a home in Pueblo that needed a new sewer line. We had a unique situation with a very tight timeline. Heather and Luke went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They are honest, kind, and extremely hard working. They replaced the line right on schedule, great price and kept great communication through the process. I highly recommend!

Cut Rate staff went to my mom's to help with a backed up main sewer drain; they took our call at 8pm and came the next day with smiling friendly faces. They were professional, caring and respectful of the property; I highly recommend them for these very reasons.

Luke came out after another company On The Move failed to respond for 2 months.  Luke was present and very informative his wife coordinated with us very well.  They went beyond expectations for install moving us up to next available because our septic tank was falling apart and crumbling.  I have used these guys for 17 years and never had a bad experience.

Tasha and Cut Rate did in an hour what another bigger company couldn't do after several tries. They cleared out a clog that said other bigger company said would require us to spend $9800 to replace the entire line to fix. I will never use another company than Cut Rate. Fantastic.

I'm not going to lie they have not even come to do the job yet but I will also be updating once they finish the job this coming up weekend. But I am already impressed by there professionalism and honesty. I called a higher named company to come down and see what was backing up our main pipe. Cost me $263 to do that. For them to lie to me move too fast on the camera and give me outrageous prices. Cut Rate came down and did the exact same thing he did that I paid for for free! How amazing is that alone. To be willing to help somebody out for free for a simple job and now it will cost me half the fraction to pull the roots. The other company completely lied about a break in the line which is just awful cut-rate said they didn't see that and they think it may just be a problem with the roots and if not they can go back in and fix it for still less money.! Their prices are amazing. The ladies that work in the office are amazing as well their honesty is exactly what people are looking for. Plus they keep in touch with you! I highly highly recommend this company to come out and check out any problems that you may need that they can fix. Thanks again Cut Rate for the honesty and being there as I am a first-time homeowner. I will be updating with the work that is done after this weekend. Which I'm sure I will be pleased with
