  I was surprised that the technician called and moved my appointment up. I had an original appointment between 1-5pm so you can imagine my surprise that I was to get it done earlier. Oman was very cordial and knowledgeable about the heater and gave me suggestions on the fan. He was very nice and treated me with upmost respect. I love doing business with Custom Services. I have the twice a year maintenance plan that keeps my air and furnace running properly.

  They were very compassionate yet professional. Very knowledgeable! If I have anymore issues I will call these guys with this company! They understood my point of view and made me feel very comfortable with with them. I trust these guys in my home whether I'm home or not and trust is very important to me since my 87 year old mother-in-law lives with us.   Our service tech Jeremy was great. His communication before the appointment was helpful and it didn't stop once he arrived. Jeremy went to work, explained what he was doing and helped me understand more about my system. I've used Custom Services many times and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. When my system fails or needs maintenance, they are the first I call.
